Will Kingston-Cox
Founder and Managing Director
Will Kingston-Cox is a political researcher, journalist, and the Founder and Managing Director of Europinion. Originally from the West Midlands in the United Kingdom, he graduated from the University of Warwick with a BA (Hons) in History and Politics in July 2023, and from the University of Oxford with an MPhil in Russian and East European Studies in July 2026. He is currently pursuing an ESRC-funded DPhil in Area Studies (Russia and East Europe) at the University of Oxford.
His research focuses on Russian and East European politics, with particular interests in Moldova, Transnistria, nationalism, language, identity, and electoral politics.
Will launched Europinion on 14 June 2023 and continues to oversee its editorial direction, partnerships, and organisational development. He has also worked as a researcher with the International Team for the Study of Security’s Russia Desk and has provided political commentary and analysis for international news organisations, including France 24.
